Designed in collaboration with Cedar Coast Homes, this custom lakeside boathouse combines traditional timber-frame architecture with modern waterfront living.

The design features exposed timber beams, natural wood siding, and a standing-seam metal roof, creating a timeless aesthetic that complements the surrounding Canadian Shield landscape. A covered two-slip boat port provides sheltered docking, while expansive waterfront decking and an upper-level living space enhance the functionality and enjoyment of the property.

The project balances craftsmanship, functionality, and architectural character, creating a waterfront retreat that feels naturally connected to its surroundings.
