This 21-unit townhouse development was designed to create a modern, cohesive streetscape while maximizing site efficiency and livability. The project features contemporary architectural detailing, functional family-oriented layouts, integrated garages, and coordinated dual frontage conditions with street-facing entrances and rear laneway access. Careful attention was given to zoning compliance, circulation, and overall community character throughout the design process.
